Serving Families across San Diego County since 2014 Home Sales Trends in 2023 How did November Home Sales shape up? At this point last year, there were 17,274 Homes and 9,682 Condos Sold. This year, we are at 12,961 Homes 7,390 Condos Sold. How does this affect our market? Given the drop in total home sales, we can speculate that countless buyers are on the 'sidelines' waiting for the market to favor their situation. With median and average prices increasing, despite the drop in home sales, buyers will flood the market as rates continue to trickle down over this year.
