Fun in the Sun ๐ŸŽ† Boom, Sparkle, Pop! Your 4th of July Guide ๐ŸŽ† Whether you're into the full firework experience or want to enjoy something a little quieter (hello, La Jolla drone show ๐ŸŒฟ), San Diego has something for everyone this 4th of July. I've rounded up the best local celebrations so you don't have to. ๐ŸŽ‡ July 4th Shows: Big Bay Boom โ€“ San Diego Bay โ€“ 9:00 PM San Diego's biggest fireworks show. Visible from Shelter Island, Harbor Island, North/South Embarcadero & Seaport Village. Coronado Celebration โ€“ Various Locations โ€“ 9:00 PM Make a day of it with the parade, concerts, and a show over Glorietta Bay. LEGOLAND's Red, White & BOOM! โ€“ Carlsbad โ€“ 8:30 PM A kid-friendly option with early fireworks. Del Mar Fairgrounds โ€“ 2260 Jimmy Durante Blvd โ€“ 9:00 PM Fair food, rides, and a fireworks finale. Ramona, Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Vista, El Cajon, San Marcos, Chula Vista, Santee, Imperial Beach โ€“ All at 9:00 PM Nearly every suburb's got something planned โ€” just pick the one closest to home! ๐ŸŽ† July 3rd Celebrations: Oceanside โ€“ SoCal Soccer Complex at El Corazon โ€“ 9:00 PM Scripps Mesa โ€“ Hourglass Park โ€“ 9:00 PM Beat the crowds and get your fireworks fix a day early. โœจ Something Different: La Jolla Shores Drone Show โ€“ Kellogg Park, La Jolla โ€“ Sundown A quiet, eco-friendly light show alternative. Still stunning. No earplugs required. Wherever you end up watching from, I hope you have a safe, fun, and sparkly Fourth. And of course, if you're looking for a backyard that's perfect for hosting next year's BBQโ€ฆ you know who to call. ๐Ÿ˜‰ Happy 4th!
