This year we are at 12,021 Homes & 6,480 Condos Sold. My thoughts: We are about to have one of the busiest January's that we have ever seen in real estate. Interest rates peaked in October at 7.8%, and even so, median and average home sale prices have gone up 9%, with condo/townhomes going up over 10% in both categories.
