What San Diego sellers need to know before mid April

San Diego does not follow the same pattern as the rest of the country. Our market stays active through winter, and in many coastal and North County neighborhoods, demand has been building since the start of the year.

Buyers are coming back — not because rates dropped dramatically, but because they have adjusted to where rates are. At the same time, inventory is rising, but not fast enough in the neighborhoods people actually want. Well priced homes that show well are moving quickly. Everything else is sitting.

For sellers, the advantage is not waiting for a specific week. It is getting ahead of the competition with the right pricing and presentation. For buyers, you have more leverage than last year, but only if you are selective.

If you are thinking about making a move this spring, you do not need to wait. The window is already open.
