Happy New Year! What will 2024 bring for the SD real estate market?
Serving Families across San Diego County since 2014
2024 Will Be a Year to Remember
As the year ends this week, let's reflect on what we experienced in 2023.
The number of sales was nearly equivalent to 2008, but guess what? The market is stronger than ever, with prices holding firm despite the fastest rate hike in history. Many buyers have found themselves on the sidelines, which is the main reason for this year's drop in sales volume.
Have we survived the worst of the market?
In my opinion,
The market cooling over the holidays is causing more pent-up demand; with rates seemingly coming down in 2024, the market's coolness will not last.
My Thoughts:
We will have one of the busiest January's we have ever seen.
