400 New Homes Coming to San Diego!
Serving Families across San Diego County since 2014
Over the past week, downtown San Diego has experienced a notable increase in upcoming real estate listings.
Nat Bosa, known for his involvement in over ten developments in Downtown San Diego, has left his mark on some of the most luxurious condos in the area.
For the past two years, his team at Bosa Developments has been constructing his latest project in San Diego: a 400-unit apartment complex near Symphony Towers. Initially planned to be some of the finest apartments in San Diego, Bosa Development submitted plans to convert the building into 389 condominiums this week.
The decision to change was primarily driven by the anticipation of a better return on investment with condominiums and a desire to alleviate the scarcity of downtown San Diego inventory, particularly in East Village, where the development is situated.
While East Village lacks condominiums, it experiences some of the highest apartment vacancy rates in San Diego County, which may have influenced Bosa's decision.
While there are still no indications of the pricing for these condos upon completion, judging from Bosa's track record with past developments, it would be surprising if they were priced below $700k.
